Subsistence Items for Thailand

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Indo-Pacific is planning to issue a solicitation (full and open competition) for Department of Defense (DoD) Troops customers located in Thailand.     

This requirement will be solicited using FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

The total length of the contract will be five (5) years.   09/01/2024 - 08/31/2029

Tier 1 - 09/01/2024 - 08/31/2026 (24-month period) 

Tier 2 - 09/01/2026 - 02/29/2028 (18-month period)

Tier 3 - 03/01/2028 - 08/31/2029 (18-month period)

No option exercise.

NAICS code: 311999 All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing.   The delivery of the Subsistence Items (Frozen, Chilled, Dried, Poultry, Fresh Bakery, Dairy, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Beverages, Bottled Water, etc.)  Most of items are required from the approved source.   Look Up Approved Source:  https://sph.health.mil/

DLA Troop Support Indo-Pacific intends to make one award for a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity type contract that will have a five (5) year ordering period.

Guaranteed Contract Minimum Amount:  $145,000 (10% of expected annual demand)

Maximum Dollar Value:  $7,250,000.00

This acquisition will utilize a “lowest price technically acceptable” approach.  An award will be made to the responsible offeror that offers the lowest price, that is determined to be fair and reasonable, and whose offer is determined to be technically acceptable in accordance with the solicitation.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Zone 1:  refers to the geographical location of Chonburi, Thailand Province, which encompasses Laem Chabang, Sattahip, Sriracha, Pattaya, and Chuk Samet.

Zone 2:  refers to the geographical location of Phuket Province, Thailand.

Exercise Sites:

Deliver Local Market Ready (LMR) products including bottled water to twenty-seven (27) confirmed exercise sites throughout Thailand.  The delivery locations/sites with grid coordinates are provided below.
