Project Title: Whittier Narrows Dam Safety Modification Project. This solicitation and resulting contract are utilizing the Best Value Trade-off process in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 15. This acquisition uses the Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC) delivery method. The NAICS Code for this project 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The size standard is $45,000,000.00. IAW DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of this project is between $250,000,000.00 and $500,000,000.00. This acquisition is solicited using full and open competition. The Government point of contact for this solicitation is Ryan Kelly, Ryan.J.Kelly@usace.army.mil. Amendment 0001 is issued to schedule a pre-proposal conference on 31 January 2024 and to change the date projnet will close for new inquiries. Amendment 0002 is issued to remove CLIN Note Number 3 in its entirety. Amendment 0003 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 12 June 2024, extend the bidder inquiry cutoff date to 22 April 2024, and to change the location and start time of the site visit on 28 February 2024.
