Description

The United States Tri Mission in Vienna is soliciting janitorial services for its office locations to include approximately 18,000 square meters of office space, hallways, staircases, wet rooms, kitchenettes, warehouse space as well as cleaning of roughly 7,000 square meters of carpets and 5,000 square meters of windows. Office premises are located at several locations within Vienna. The Statement of Work includes various quality levels, depending on the office needs.

The anticipated performance period is for one base year, with one option year, if exercised by the U.S. Government.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.  

The U.S. Tri-Mission intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, who is a responsible contractor with a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. The US Tri-Mission may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
