Notice of Intent-- ARCHIBUS Software Renewal

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of ARCHIBUS software under the authority of FAR 13.501 and utilizing FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, procedures with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This commercial, off-the-shelf supply is designed to provide data collection, visibility, and analysis capabilities on facility operations—to include real estate, space management, building asset, and project data.

The period of performance will be for one (1) year after contract award with four (4) additional 12 month option period, for a total of 60 months.

This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any entity that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification no later than 9 am EST on Tuesday, August 15 , 2023. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
