Amendment 0004 is being issued to provide a revised Section I.   See attached. Section I is revised by this Amendment to incorporate FAR Clause 52.204-27, Prohibition on a Bytedance Covered Application (June 2023) which was previously omitted. SEE ATTACHMENTS SP330023B00010004 and SECTION I - IFB - 12kV PL Revised as of A4.

Amendment 0003 is being issued to answer vendor questions and provide a revised Attachment 3 regarding Specifications.  SEE ATTACHMENTS SP330023B00010003 AND REVISED ATTACHMENT 3.

Amendment 0002 is being issued to extend the date for Submission of Questions and extend the Bid Submission process dates. SEE ATTACHMENT SP330023B00010002.

12KV Overhead to Underground Powerline Replacement at DDJC

Project Description:

The work includes removal of overhead 12kV lines, auxiliary communications equipment (where installed), and poles and the subsequent installation of new underground conduits, duct banks, manholes, lighting poles, transformers and other accessories to ensure a complete working power distribution system. The northern segment of the existing overhead 12kV is located along First Street between Ennis Drive and B Street, while the southern segment runs south from D Street and wraps around the south end of the facility up to 5th Street.
