These nine topics are required. a. Get Unstuck b. Master My Stories c. Start With Heart d. State My Path e. Make It Safe f. Learn to Look g. Seek Mutual Purpose h. Explore Others Paths i. Move to Action b) Course must include skills taught leading to engagement and teamwork, equity and inclusion and ideation and innovation, quality and safety and decision making. c) This procurement is seeking virtual learning kits for in person teaching by a certified trainer within the VA. The course must offer trainer certification for an internal leader to facilitate in person or virtual course to VA employees.
