Description

Columbus AFB is requesting removal of existing pool liner, minor repair to install new liner for base pool. 

Site visit is scheduled for 17 Jan 2023 @ 1000 on Columbus AFB, MS. Please refer to page 16 of 20 for base access requirements. 

Proposals are due 1 Feb 2024 @1200 CST.

While site visits are not mandatory, interested parties are responsible for variation of the actual field conditions and dimensions. 

a. Technical Acceptability:                                                                                                                                                                    The Government will review the contractor's proposed technical and managerial approach to verify it will result in successful contract performance.

b. Price Evaluation:                                                                                                                                                                              Lowest price will be determined based on the total evaluated price (TEP). The TEP will be calculated as the sum of the offeror's proposed price. The price proposal shall include quantities and prices for each construction work item IAW the SOW provided. The evaluation process will begin with the evaluation of all technical proposals.

PROPOSAL PREPARATION AND EVALUATION INFORMATION:                                                                                                       1. Description of technical and managerial approach for meeting the requirements of the statement of work.                                     2. Description of requirements is listed in the attached SOW.                                                                                                               3. Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) as determined by the ordering CO. The following evaluation factors will be used in awarding a contract.
