Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement to replace the windows on the pylon control tower at Stonewall Jackson Lake in Weston, Lewis County, WV. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, supplies, and equipment to replace sixteen (16) windows on the fourth floor of the Pylon Building on the dam, including removal and disposal of the existing windows. There is an option to replace the remaining windows which shall include removal and disposal. The option includes twelve (12) windows within the Pylon Building of which four (4) are located on the fourth floor. The existing windows are shown in Attachment 3 ? Reference Drawings, and Attachment 4 - Reference Photos. All material provided in the performance of this contract shall be unused and meet the requirements of the specifications. The site of the work may be reached from state and local roads and streets. The work shall be completed within 270 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed. The Magnitude of the required work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This acquisition will be procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated resultant award will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract. All responsible vendors are encouraged to participate. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation will not be honored. Vendors MUST be registered and in active status in the System for Award Management (SAM) BEFORE submitting a quote on this Solicitation.
