INTRODUCTION:    The Government is planning an Industry Day to inform the reef mitigation community on the history and status of the Port Everglades Deepening project, including general understanding of various mitigation components and numbers of organisms.  Items to discuss include coral nurseries, artificial reefs, and other mitigation actions and to obtain mitigation community feedback.

Due to the potential proprietary content of responses from industry the USACE team will conduct a breakout meeting per each attending contractor for a one-on-one question and answer session on Industry Day.  Please do not respond to the posted questions until industry day breakout session.  The responses to the questions will be taken as notes and will not be recorded verbatim.  Responses shall remain confidential; no disclosure of responses shall be publicly posted or shared with any other firm.  The information received shall remain for Government official use only for the purpose of drafting requirement documents concerning this project.
