Description
This Vats/Parts cleaning services is a non-personal services requirement. The Contractor shall provide all required personnel, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, removal of full drums, replacing drums with serviceable ones and supplies to provide quarterly servicing for solvent vats/parts cleaners in Buildings Number 838 and Number 904 on Dobbins Air Reserve Base (DARB), Georgia utilizing solvent that meets military specification MIL-PRF-680 Type 2, as follows:
a) Bldg. 838 Engine Shop - 190 gallon vat,
Bldg. 838 Engine Shop - 40 gallon vat,
Bldg. 838 Aero Repair Shop - 90 gallon vat
Bldg. 904 AG E Shop - 30 gallon vat
b) The contractor shall provide all required personnel, services, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies to provide quarterly removal of material contained in the following:
:Bldg. 838 Aero Repair Shop – 200 gallon Ultrasonic Parts Washer.
All work will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (ATCH 1).
Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance (PoP) shall consist of a Base Year (12 months) plus four (4) Option years for a total of 60 months if all Options are exercised.
