Description
Base Items: Require replacement of drive-in racking system located in OF-2 at RAC in its entirety. This will include material, all labor, and equipment required for installation, and stamped seismic engineering plans/design that meets units’ storage capacity needs. The contractor will be responsible for building permit application and the submittal process to obtain required permits from the City of Redmond before any work starts.
Option Items: Removal and disposal of current drive-in racking system located in OF-2 at RAC. This will include all equipment and labor required for removal and disposal of current system.
