CONUS Western Pacific Fuels Investigation Lab Testing

Solicitation SPE603-22-R-0513 is issued to acquire fuel investigations laboratory testing services for CONUS locations, plus Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories; Canada; Mexico; Central and South America; as well as locations in Asia and the Western Pacific (from Diego Garcia Atoll east to Japan) and Australia.  All testing shall be performed in accordance with the specifications described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor may propose multiple laboratories for purposes of geographical coverage; however, each individual laboratory must be capable of performing all contract requirements. The performance period is four-five (4.5) years: March 1, 2023 to February 28, 2025 (two-year base period), March 1, 2025 to August 31, 2027 (two-five year option period) and extension period (September 1, 2027 to February 28, 2028).
