AZ-CIBOLA NWR-CIBOLA VC REHAB -The refuge Visitor Center requires the following long overdue repairs and ADA upgrades. Interior ceiling tiles need replacing due to building additions, water leaks and improper replacements. Due to environmental/solar exposure, the exterior wall stucco system is cracked and faded.
