PM/WRA Worldwide Conventional Weapons Destruction

The Department of State has a requirement to procure worldwide Conventional Weapons Destruction (CWD) services in support of the Bureau of Political and Military Affairs’ Office of Weapon Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA). This program strengthens peace, security, and stability across the globe by providing tools that reduce the threats posed by landmines and explosive remnants of was as well as the likelihood of illicit trafficking of weapons and ammunition. This sources sought notice seeks full and open competition.  However, this notice is also issued for the purpose of determining the availability and technical capabilities of at least two qualified small businesses, woman-owned small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran owed small businesses, or HUBZone small businesses capable of providing the required services.
