TC UPS Extended Warranty

The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have an interest and capability to provide APC Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW).

It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information:

(1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and UEI number.

(2) Business size for NAICS Code 518210.

(3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes.

(4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW.

Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Mia Barela, via email at maria.p.barela3.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:00 AM PST on 16 August 2023. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426723Q5094 in the subject line.

The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
