Description

Lease of space up to 29,906 Rentable Square Feet (RSF), yielding 22,153 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Beaver County, PA. Questions regarding this solicitation will not be answered by telephone. Questions are to be submitted in writing via email to the Point of Contact (POC) listed in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP). All questions will be publicized with answers as an amendment to this RLP. Deadline for questions regarding this solicitation is August 30, 2024, at 4:30PM EST.
