Description

The New York Army National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for Individually Packaged Meal Drop-Off at 25 Baiting Place Road, Farmingdale, NY 11735, and Principle NAICS is 722310.  100% Set Aside for Small Business Only.   

Bulk Tray Meals to be Provided - 01 June 2024 - 15 June 2024.

Ten (10) Vegetarian meal to be provided per lunch meal. These are included in the counts for the lunch meals required. Please refer to the 21 Day Meal Guide for Menus and portion requirements.

Award will be made to the lowest offer that meets the requirements of this RFQ and the SOW.

In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov.  CAUTION: This solicitation is issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
