Description
See attached "FA700024Q0082 - Combined Synopsis_Solicitation" for detailed instructions prior to submitting a quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334516 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6636.
***Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.***
The requirement is to provide three new illuminated CO2 incubators capable of simultaneous high temperature and high relative humidity conditions to perform critical research experiments with cyanobacteria/plants for biotechnology and space biosciences applications in accordance with the attached salient characteristics.
Delivery is FOB Destination to: United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), CO 80840.
Quotes are due by 5:00 p.m. MDT on September 13, 2024.
