Description
Request for Proposal for the Jacksonville Job Corps Center Operations with Outreach & Admissions and Career Transition Services. This is a Total Certified HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. The pre-solicitation/synopsis for this requirement was posted on May 13, 2022, under the Pre-Solicitation notice number 1605JE-22-R-00018. Offers received from other than Certified HUBZone Small Business Concerns will not be considered.
July 6, 2022: The Jacksonville Job Corps Center w/ OA CTS procurement is amended to provide the Questions and Answers responses and the revised J-12 Utility Expenses Attachment. All attachments for Amendment 0001 are included within the Jacksonville - 1605JE-22-R-00021 7.6.2022.pdf.
July 14, 2022: The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation 1605JE-22-R-00021 for the Jacksonville Job Corps Center with Outreach & Admissions and Career Transition Services, is to amend Section H.6 Service Contract Labor Standard along with Sections L and M, and to provide an updated Attachment J.28 - Staff Compensation. The attachment for Amendment 0002 is included within the Jacksonville Sol_1605JE-22-R-00021_Amd_0002.pdf.
July 18, 2022: In accordance with Amendment 0002 to the Solicitation 1605JE-22-R-00021 for Jacksonville Job Corps Center with Outreach & Admissions and Career Transition Services, the most current SCA wage determination is hereby provided. The attachment for Amendment 0003 is included within the Jacksonville Sol_1605JE-22-R-00021_Amd_0003.pdf. The contractor must pay at least the mandated $15 minimum and if the SCA wage(s) applicable to the WD issued with the solicitation is higher, the offeror will be required to pay the SCA WD rate instead of the $15 Federal Minimum wage.
