Description
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes as the initiation of market research under FAR, Part 10, and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information and feedback from industry partners as a part of market research related to the implementation of a Digital Engineering (DE) tool suite.
The U.S. Army Futures Command (AFC) – Requirements and Systems Integration Division is conducting market research for standing up a digital engineering tool suite that shall be hosted in the cArmy cloud environment. AFC is looking for tools and/or a suite of tools that enables an integrated digital engineering implementation approach to systems development across a system's lifecycle. The purpose of this RFI notice is to determine industry interest, capability, knowledge, expertise, and relevant experience in leveraging digital engineering tools for the cloud environment. The requirement is intended to identify potential tools that are proven, supported, interoperable, and deployed from private industry.
As part of AFC’s marketing research efforts, we will be hosting an invitation only Industry Day. Invitations will only be sent out to respondents, organizations, and/or companies that respond to this RFI. The Industry Day is tentatively scheduled for mid-summer.
