Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached.2. The solicitation number for the procurement is HDTRA1-24-R-0085.3. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).4. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20240815.5. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS for the solicitation is 332216 with the size standard of 750 employees.6. Solicitation is for acquisition of Holmatro hydraulic equipment. See the attached solicitation document for a list of line-item numbers and items, quantities, units of measure, and a description of requirements for the items to be acquired.7. The attached solicitation specifies dates and places of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.8. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision.9. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services does not apply to the solicitation. The Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible Offeror, whose proposal is the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability is defined as meeting all the Government?s required specifications, delivery schedule, and any other terms and conditions specified in this solicitation.10. Offerors shall complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. 11. The solicitation incorporates FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services.12. Additional contract requirements or terms and conditions are specified in the attached solicitation.13. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable for the solicitation.14. Offers will be due at 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 9 September 2024.15.
