Description
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis to notify any interested parties that the Government is considering the purchase of MREL Transmitter/Receiver and ProbeRod. This is not a request for quotes or offers and no contract will be awarded in conjunction with responses received to this particular announcement.

If you are interested in providing the MREL Transmitter/Receiver and ProbeRod in accordance with listed items above you are requested to submit a capability statement which addresses at a minimum, the questions presented within this announcement. The Government will evaluate all responses and determine if the pool of interested Small Business vendors is capable of fulfilling this requirement. The Government does not intend to rank submitted capabilities.
Submission Instructions: Responses via e-mail are due March 31, 2023 to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and must include the information requested below. Please limit capability statement to 10 pages. Late responses will not be accepted. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain any questions.
Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. We appreciate your interest and thank you in advance for responding to the Sources Sought.
Qualified firms shall submit a statement of interest and capability statement on company letterhead demonstrating the firm’s qualifications. Responses must be complete and sufficiently detailed to address the specific information. The documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following:
