Description
SOLICITATION NOTICE:
The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Generator Installation project at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Leelanau County, MI.
SCOPE OF WORK: Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to supply and install three (3) standalone commercial liquid cooled natural gas power generators.
SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6424Q0003.
PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000.
TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around January 2024 with performance expected to begin in spring/summer 2024 and required to be completed within 365 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Leelanau County, MI will apply.
EVALUATION FACTORS: Price, Technical, and Prior Experience. Please refer to Section M on pages 39-40 of the solicitation for details.
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code will be 238290, and the size standard will be $22.0 million. This project will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled for:

Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirements and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.

REGISTRATIONS: To be considered for award, an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications by the time the solicitation closes.
