Description
Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requires the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to compile, keep current, and publish a listing of commercial chemicals, and maintain the chemical inventory list. Since the amendment of TSCA in 2016, existing chemicals on the Inventory are also updated regarding their commercial activity status via the submission of Notices of Activity.
