Description

This is a presolicitation notice that the Federal Highway Administration intends to purchase a new Modular Office Trailer to be used as the Federal Outdoor Impact Laboratory (FOIL) propulsion system control center, meeting space, offices for the technicians, and house testing equipment.  This requirement consists of the removing and disposing of the current two 14’x44’ trailers, and delivery and installation of a modular office trailer. The Period of Performance will be six (6) months after date of award.  FOIL is located in McLean, VA.  

The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining acquisition strategy. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.
