Description

Dyess AFB intends to procure and solicit for a prefabricated/modular SCIF to be placed/built within Bld 7206 in the near future. The module SCIF must be able to be built within the existing building, connect to the existing power & communications network.  The potential vendor must be able to gurantee that the facilities will be accredited under Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705.

This SCIF must meet certain criteria:
ICD 705, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities
ICS 705-1, Physical and Technical Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities
ICS 705-2, Standards for the Accreditation and Reciprocal Use of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities
IC Tech Spec – for ICD/ICS 705 and DCID 6/9
