Description
Exterior Painting, Fort Riley Kansas.Scope of Work: This project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, rraterials, and transportation in accordance w ith the plans andspecifications for repair and replacement of exterior building surfaces and components, surface preparation, and painting located at Fort Riley, Kansas.The Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC)This requirement will be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is: 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors.The Small Business Size Standard is $19M.The Magnitude is between $5M and $10M.Contractors must perform 30% of the work, excluding Materials and Administration.
