PLAZMAX GAS PLASMA STERILIZERS FOR VETERINARY USE

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81K00-23-Q-0161

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-23- Q-0161 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20230609.

This solicitation is to obtain (2) Plazmax 050, (1) Plazmax 110 and (1) Plazmax 160, gas plasma sterilizers, to include installation for DODMWDVS, JBSA Lackland, TX.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.

Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached.

Quoters shall reference the following FAR Provisions and their Addendums to prepare and submit their offer:

1. FAR Provision 52.212-1-Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items and its Addendum; and,
2. FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Items and its Addendum.

Offers are due on or before 10 August 2023 at 10:00 AM Central Time. Offers received after this date and time will be considered untimely and not eligible for award.

Questions shall be submitted via email not later than 4 August 2023, 1:00 PM Central Time. Government reserves the right not to answer questions received after this date/time.
