This is a BRAND NAME Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 effective 6/02/2023.

This solicitation is FULL AND OPEN UNRESTRICTED.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519 with an industry size standard of 500 employees and the associated Product Service Code (PSC) is 6675.
