This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN: 5306-014382320 / BOLT, MACHINE.

The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis.  This is a 3R item and the OEM is: AM General LLC, Cage 34623, under Part Number 5715343.  The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332112.  Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods.  Estimated annual demand quantity is 7275 each per base year and each option years.  Surge requirements does not apply.  Required delivery is 125 days ARO.  FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required.  Export Control does not apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is not required.  Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).  A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.  From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
