Description
Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for Three Halo 3 modules from India Labs Quantitative Pathology, 8700 Education Place NW Bldg B, Albuquerque, New Mexico for White River Junction VA Medical Center, VT.
