Description

The Library of Congress (Library) requires contract support to provide IBM Hardware and Software Support. The Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is tasked to set policy and to direct and support programs and activities to accomplish the Library's mission. On behalf of the Information Technology Service Operations, this contract is to continue hardware and software maintenance for various IBM products already procured at the Library. The service provider must be authorized to sell service for IBM Power series equipment and at minimum be an authorized premier IBM Business partner for at least 6 years.
