Description

NOTE: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and market research planning purposes, including possible sources in the marketplace. This RFI shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quotations or Proposals. No solicitation document exists, and the Government may or may not issue a formal solicitation as a result of the responses received to this RFI.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking information on current records management (including paper records, other physical media, and digital records) techniques utilized in the marketplace.  DHS is also seeking information as to vendors who perform records management services and their current capabilities.

All Responses shall be submitted to the DHS Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) Industry Liaison mailbox at the following email address: opoindustryliaison@hq.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, February 9, 2023.
