Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) seeking industry feedback as part of GSA's market research efforts.  GSA's E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) Program is currently administering the ETS-2 program.  The ETS-2 contract provides full-scale end-to-end services for online booking, authorization, voucher, travel agency ticket fulfillment services, and ancillary services for federal agency customers. Each service is highly configured and customized to meet agency-unique policies and financial system interface needs.  This notice is seeking industry input on future platforms, services, solutions and methods to improve upon current state complexities and inefficiencies of supporting 124 civilian agencies, commissions, boards, etc., in a decentralized service model.
