Description
Contract HE125422D0010 was awarded as a sole source firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Credentia Nurse Aide LLC. The contract was awarded with a one-year base period and four 1-year option periods.
Scope of Work: The Contractor shall facilitate testing procedures and provide exam results to NCDPI for addition to the North Carolina CNA Registry. Currently DoDEA has five high schools (Lejeune, Humphreys, Guam, Kaiserslautern, and Ramstein) that offer the Therapeutic Services - Patient Care pathway. DoDEA anticipates this number of schools to grow in the coming years.
