Siemens Questa Core Annual Support and Maintenance

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15).  In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive Quotes. However, all interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. The Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement for a Siemens Questa Core Annual Support and Maintenance for the Technology Development Directorate. This is a Sole Source with Siemens Industry Software Inc. (SISW) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1). Siemens Industry Software Inc. (SISW) is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement of the Siemens Questa Core Annual Support and Maintenance.  Siemens Questa Core software tools.  These tools are used to model and simulate FPGA designs for in-house developed computer systems. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 53210.

IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Phone calls will not be accepted.
