2) PROVIDE three documents titled "1.2 AFB USCIS Sheet A602 January 2022", "2.3 Spec 096519  Resilient Tile Flooring USCIS 100% Specs January 2022", and "2.4 Spec 096813 Carpet Tile USCIS 100% Specs January 2022" (Note: specifications are subject to CUI and housed in a secured Google Drive.  Please follow solicitation instructions on how to access the GSA Google Drive and CUI documents.), and

3) PROVIDE an updated PPI Log as of February 10, 2022 (attached.)

The purpose of this amendment is to 1) Extend RFP Closing date and time from Feb 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM PST to Feb 15, 2022 at 2:00 PM PST, 2) Extend PPI Cut-Off Date from Jan 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM PST to Jan 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM PST, 3) Provide an updated Statement of Work Rev 2 to address the Question #29 in the PPI Log, 4) Provide two documents titled 2.2 Spec 087100 Door Hardware and 088700 Window Films,  and 15 AFB USCIS Sheet S502 January 2022,  and 5) Provide an updated PPI Log as of January 27, 2022.  Please see the attached updated PPI Log.  Updated Statement of Work Rev 2, Solicitation Rev 2 and SF1442 Rev 1 can be found on SAM.GOV and Google Drive. 2.2 Spec 087100 Door Hardware and 088700 Window Films, and 15 AFB USCIS Sheet S502 January 2022 can be found on Google Drive Only.  All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.

The purpose of this amendment is to 1)Provide a Site Visit Sign-In Sheet, 2) Provide an updated Wage Determination dated January 7, 2022, 3) Provide an updated PPI Log for Questions and Answers as of January 19, 2022,  and 4) Correct the AFB USCIS 100% SPECS, SECTION 095113 - ACOUSTICAL PANEL CEILINGS, 2.3 ACOUSTICAL PANELS, A. Acoustical Panel Standard from 3164 panels to 3151 panels.  See the revised document titled 2.1 AFB USCIS 100% SPECS November 2021 Rev 1.pdf in the project google drive.  GSA will provide answers to those unanswered questions as soon as they are available. The PPI cut off is Friday, January 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM PST. GSA will not accept any questions received later than the designated PPI cut off.  The Contracting Officer (CO) for this project has been changed from Thupten Tsering to Becky Graham. This procurement will be advertised under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard for NAICS code 236220 is $39.5M in average annual receipts over the past three (3) years.

General Information
The U.S. Federal Building & James M. Fitzgerald U.S. Courthouse is located at 222 W. 7Th Avenue Anchorage, AK 99513.

Scope Summary
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is currently located in the Michael Building in Anchorage. This construction project will build out space in the AFB in order for the agency to relocate before the current lease expires. USCIS will occupy approximately 5100 square feet on the 1st floor of the AFB. The construction scope will include but is not limited to HVAC, electrical, fire/life/safety, telecom, information technology, ceiling components, lighting and structural improvements. It includes demolition and construction of new walls, doors, lights, switches, outlets, casework, offices, a network room, and sound attenuation.  

Responses
Upon receipt of Solicitation Package, Interested Vendors shall complete and sign, CUI Agreement Exhibit 0 and return with attachments to Contract Specialist, jong.kim@gsa.gov and Contracting Officer, thupten.tsering@gsa.gov . Interested Vendor shall create a GSA.google email account via GACA Instructions atteched for access to CUI documents.  Interested Vendor shall create a GSA.google email account via GACA Instructions attached for access to CUI documents. Technical documents will not be released via SAM.gov. The GSA Google drive will be the primary project location for the PPI Log, Specifications and Drawings, Photos and any additional information.  The Solicitation Attachments will also be uploaded to the Google Drive due to Storage capacity through email and SAM.gov.

Qualified Interested HUBZone Small Business vendors shall submit their completed proposals per the instructions located in the 47PL0122R0004 Solicitation Package. Proposals shall be sent in Electronically Only.
