Please see the below vendor question and government response:
Q1) The Laona Ranger District is a listed as a drop location, however it is not listed in the pricing spreadsheet or in the table above the drop locations in the SOW. Should we assume we are not dropping there?
A1) Some Forests have multiple cooler locations and which ones gets used each year depends on them actually working when they fire them up (the government assumes all will work.) Another determining factor is the geographic location of the current years reforestation efforts. The schedule of items is the government estimation based on these factors. Any post award changes would be via negotiated modification.
Seedling Shipments from JW Toumey Nursery to various national forests within region 9. See Attachment B Statement of Work for more details.
