AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the date and time for receipt of quote to 20 September 2022; 10:00 am Puerto Rico time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, “as supplement with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary permits, material, labor, equipment and all necessary to Provide and Install playground equipment, prepare concrete surface, mount safety flooring at East area of the Chapel Annex, Building 292, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Work shall be in accordance with this scope of work, construction codes, International Building Code (IBC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), Federal/DOD guidelines and manufacturer’s installation recommendations and standards.

Prices shall be all inclusive to include Delivery and Warranty. Documentation provided by quote shall indicate all included to meet the requirement.
