Description
This requirement must be IAW the attached Statement of Needs. This is a brand name or equal request.
Unless determined otherwise, the vendor shall provide the following:
1.Machine
1.1 Proprietary technology notifies user in real time of nerve condition, visually and audibly
1.2 Must have continuous monitoring technology provides real-time feedback on nervefunction so user can adjust course, if necessary, during thyroid surgery and other procedures affecting head and neck nerves
1.3 Machine reporting enables nerve condition tracking throughout a procedure, even when using intermittent nerve monitoring
1.4 During both continuous and intermittent trending, green, yellow and red status bars provide visual information and their associated tones provide audible cues, making monitoring nerve function and interpreting EMG trends easier
1.5 Nerve condition information can be captured in a single, meaningful snapshot
1.6 Amplifier must have minimum of 4 channels
1.7 Must include cart with high quality wheels for mobility
1.8 Must include power cord, accessory cables and adaptors
1.9 Must have wireless touch screen display module
1.9.1 Display: Full HD and at least 1920H X 1080W pixels resolution
1.10 Must be FDA approved
1.11 Input Voltage/Power:
1.11.1 Console – 100-240VAC, 250VA
1.11.2 Cart – 100-240VAC, 600VA
1.11.3 Frequency – 50-60 Hz
