Description

The Contractor must furnish all management, labor, tools equipment, transportation, and materials, necessary to complete additions to fire sprinkler and heat detection systems because of interior alterations at Leesburg Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZDC), located at 825 E. Market St, Leesburg VA, 20176. Specific project areas include training rooms and cubicles, adjacent FAAST room on the second floor of the Automation Wing and new mechanical room (AHU-110) in the basement of Control Wing, set forth in this statement of work (SOW). The Contractor must perform all work in accordance with (IAW) this SOW and must conform to the terms, standards, and conditions of the supporting contract. All work performed must be IAW applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and follow the procedures outlined in the respective approved plans. The Contractor must be responsible for providing protection of all Government property relating to this contract.

The Government will support a site visit to ZDC should Contractor require one for better familiarization with the job site and to develop an accurate proposal
