THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS (BIA).
Sources sought for intermittent/temporary environmental quality services. Draft statement of work is attached. There are a variety of professional disciplines required in the statement of work. As such, the agency intends to issue multiple awards.
Respondents are requested to provide company information with points-of-contact. Also provide SAM UEI number and relevant past performance from the statement of work attached.
Any interested vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/content/home.
Purpose of this announcement is to perform market research pertaining to this industry. The agency is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. Only electronic mail will be acceptable for vendor submissions.
