Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for trash/refuse services at Belle Fourche Reservoir. The Rapid City Office facilities are located at Belle Fourche Reservoir/Orman Dam, located approximately 8 miles east of Belle Fourche, SD on the north side of Hwy 212.
It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business with evaluation criteria of Lowest Price technically Acceptable (LPTA).
It is intended the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 17 November 2023 via the SAM.gov website, for an anticipated base plus four (4) option periods.
It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments.
The product service code is S205 and the NAICS code is 56211.
HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
It is required all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
