The Purpose of Amendment Two (2) is to administratively correct the period of performance for the base year. The original period of performance date was 15 December 2023 to 31 October 2024. The correct period of performance 8 January 2024 to 31 October 2024.

The Purpose of Amendment One (1) is to administratively correct the zip code for location IL072 located at 4480 S 6th Frontage Rd Springfield IL, 62703. The zip code was incorrectly listed as 62743.

Please note a signed copy copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to the other requirements at the time of quote.

Solicitation W911SA24Q3015 will be issued on Wednesday, 20 December 2023 and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at one (3) location throughout the state of Illinois.  The performance period is 8 January 2024 (or subsequent date) to 31 October 2024 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services.

Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time.  As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time.  The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.
