Description

The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for:

The supply and delivery of 2x new passenger vehicles (7-Seater, Sport Utility Vehicle) with raised ground clearance and four-wheel-drive for all terrain driving capabilities. Provide trade-in value for 2x similar vehicles to the Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek, Namibia.  

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov by end of April 2024.  Please see RFQ for actual proposal response date.
