Intent to Award Sole Source ST-1085 lifts manufactured by Stertil-Koni USA

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Alan Tye & Associates LC. 9669D Maine Street Fairfax VA,  22031, Cage Code 1U4B7, on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. 

This requirement is for the repair and annual (ALI) Automotive Lift Institute certified saftey inspections of 8 ST-1085 lifts manufacturered by Stertil Koni. 

Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.  Responses must be received at the contracting office no later than 02:00 PM EST, June 21 2023.
