Description
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") intends to negotiate and award a sole-source purchase order for the procurement of services from Nexidia, Inc. Specifically, Nexidia will move all Nexidia applications in use at CFTC to cloud environments. The Government intends to procure this requirement under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) – only one source is reasonably available. CFTC intends to award a purchase order with one base year.
Nexidia, Inc does not have resellers, and is the only company that services the Nexidia software. CFTC knows of no alternative source that can meet the requirements to move Nexidia applications to a cloud environment.
