Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB) Building# 1025 Install 2 Mini Splits

PRE-SOLICIATION NOTICE:  THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ), REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) OR INVITATION FOR BID (IFB), BUT FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The solicitation number is FA9401-24-Q-0029 and shall be used to reference any written responses to this pre-solicitation.

The requirement is to provide construction, and Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW) is attached for further information on this acquisition. The place of performance will be at Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB), New Mexico.

FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects is between $25,000 and $100,000.

A Site Visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on 5 September 2024 to better help with understanding this requirement and aiding contractors with their quote. The location of the Site Visit and meet point will be at: AFRCO-FSU, 5050 Randolph Av (Bldg. 1025), Kirtland AFB, NM.

If you require base access passes, please complete and submit Attachment 2 – KAFB Pass Request filling out only the Visitor Information portion. All interested offerors shall submit this by close of business 2 September 2024 if you plan to attend the site visit.
