Description:  U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel(s) (multiple awards up to two vessels or until the Government’s needs are filled), capable of carrying a portion of 248,523 square feet (10,174.7 short tons) of military cargo (helicopters, wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk) from a delineated cargo list.  Each vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 85,000 square feet of military cargo from the cargo list.  The minimum laden speed is 15 knots.
  17. Place of Contract Performance:  The place/range of delivery is Bremerhaven, Germany; and the place/range of redelivery is Corpus Christi, TX (USA).  The laydays commence and cancel 21 September 2022, with Owner/Offeror to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 38 days for each vessel chartered.

Set-aside Status:  N/A.  The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service.  All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
