Description
Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources that are interested and capable of providing diesel engine overhaul services within the contract duration allowed. The engine needs to be overhauled and dyno tested prior to installation on the portal crane. The engine is a Detroit Diesel 8V92 engine model number 80837K05, serial #08VF175942 required for use on Westmont portal cranes. The anticipated period of performance is: 06/01/2023 – 11/30/2023.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310; size standard for this NAICS is $12,500,000. Product Service Code is J028 – Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuild of Equipment – Engines, Turbines, and Components.
This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
